"In the midst of heartache and depression, through loss and grief, I found more love, passion and resilience than I’d ever known before."

“Defiance empowers us to exceed our limits and achieve our utmost potential by teaching us to shape our own future, rather than being constrained by our past. It encourages us to take control, face challenges, and unlock boundless opportunities for growth.”
